Its objective is, through the provision of transitional accommodation and support services, to provide short-term relief for individuals or families which are: proven to need transitional housing (queued for Public Rental Housing (PRH) for no less than 3 years, or those with other long-term housing arrangements); currently living in dismal and inadequate housing conditions; low income and in urgent need for community support.
