It depends on how you define the participants. The major community service providers are social workers and professionals including medicals, professors, social entrepreneurs, etc. But the most important participants of community development are people who live in communities. Their participation is key to build their identification towards communities.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
