Wow, that’s very detailed. Indeed, only when parents get more support to relieve their parenting stress will people want more children.

Yes. The Social Welfare Department in Hong Kong has subsidized non-governmental organizations for a long time to provide a variety of childcare services to assist parents who cannot take care of their young children because of work or other reasons.
