I realize that it’s very important to use integrated methods to collect data in program evaluation. However, I am not sure about who should participate in the focus group. Could anyone kindly give me a hand, take the evaluation conducted by HKU on IFSCs service as an example?

That’s a rigorous evaluation! As far as I know, their evaluation has conducted two focus groups, one targeting social work professionals, including policymakers, administrators, supervisors, and frontline social workers; the other targeting stakeholders including members of the District Co-ordinating Committee on Family and Child Welfare, the District Welfare Coordinating Mechanism, the Department of Health (DH), Housing Department (HD) and Hospital Authority (HA).
