I think the key informant interview and public forums are the most prevalent ones. A key informant interview is an in-depth interview with stakeholders. The purpose of a key informant interview is to collect information from a wide range of people, including professionals, relevant people who are informed about the social problems and the program due to previous experience, and clients.
Compared to key informant interviews, public forums are more grassroots oriented. Anyone concerned about the social problem could be invited to participate and express themselves.
