To help students manage frustration in class, the social worker can recommend the following approaches based on relevant research:

Social-emotional learning (SEL) programs: Encourage the implementation of evidence-based SEL programs that teach emotional regulation, self-awareness, and interpersonal skills. These programs have shown effectiveness in enhancing students' emotional well-being and reducing frustration.

Cognitive-behavioral techniques: Suggest the use of cognitive-behavioral strategies, such as cognitive restructuring and problem-solving skills training. These techniques help students identify and challenge negative thoughts, develop coping strategies, and effectively manage frustration.

Mindfulness practices: Introduce mindfulness-based interventions that teach students to be present in the moment, cultivate self-compassion, and regulate their emotions. Research suggests that mindfulness practices can enhance emotional regulation and reduce frustration.

Positive behavior support: Advocate for the implementation of positive behavior support strategies, including clear behavior expectations, rewards for positive behaviors, and proactive strategies for addressing challenging behaviors. This approach promotes a positive and supportive classroom environment, reducing frustration triggers.

Collaborative problem-solving: Encourage teachers to engage in collaborative problem-solving with students, including active listening, empathetic understanding, and jointly identifying solutions. Research indicates that involving students in the problem-solving process can increase their sense of control and reduce frustration.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
