1. Content exposure assessment: Track frequency/type of appearance-focused content (e.g., fitness, beauty filters) via social media activity logs or self-reports.
2. Eating disorder symptom scoring: Use validated tools (e.g., EAT-26, Body Shape Questionnaire) to measure disordered eating behaviors and body image dissatisfaction.
3. Longitudinal correlational analysis: Examine how content exposure correlates with symptom development over time, controlling for pre-existing mental health or peer influence factors.
