Targeting and supporting hidden young people, who may be disengaged or marginalized, requires a strategic and empathetic approach. Here are some steps you can take to reach and support this group:
1. Define hidden young people: Begin by clearly defining the characteristics and circumstances of the hidden young people you want to target. They may include individuals who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET), those facing homelessness, substance abuse, mental health issues, or other forms of marginalization.
2. Build partnerships: Collaborate with local organizations, community leaders, schools, and youth services to create a network of support. Engage with relevant stakeholders, including social workers, youth counselors, employment agencies, and healthcare providers, to exchange knowledge and resources.
3. Raise awareness: Develop targeted awareness campaigns to reach hidden young people and inform them about available support services. Utilize various channels such as social media, community events, local newspapers, and schools to disseminate information and engage with the target group.
4. Establish accessible support services: Create easily accessible services that cater to the needs of hidden young people. These may include drop-in centers, mobile outreach programs, online platforms, or helplines where individuals can seek guidance, counseling, and advice.
5. Foster trust and engagement: Develop relationships built on trust and empathy to engage hidden young people effectively. Train staff and volunteers to create a safe and non-judgmental environment, actively listen, and offer support without imposing solutions. Encourage participation and involve young people in the design and delivery of services.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
