While young people possess certain strengths, they may also have some limitations when compared to middle-aged adults. Here are some points highlighting some of these weaknesses:
1. Limited life and professional experience: Young people often lack the extensive life and professional experience that middle-aged adults have accumulated over the years. This can result in a narrower perspective and limited knowledge of navigating complex situations, making important decisions, and dealing with various challenges.
2. Lack of established networks and connections: Middle-aged adults tend to have more extensive networks and established professional connections. Young people, on the other hand, may have limited access to influential contacts and mentors, which can hinder their career advancement and opportunities for growth.
3. Impulsivity and risk-taking behavior: While the willingness to take risks can be a strength, it can also be a weakness if not tempered with careful consideration. Young people may be more impulsive and prone to taking unnecessary risks without fully evaluating the potential consequences.
4. Financial limitations: Young people often face financial constraints due to the early stage of their careers or educational pursuits. Limited financial resources can restrict their ability to invest in certain opportunities, pursue further education, or start their ventures. This can hinder their progress and limit their options.
5. Unrealistic expectations and impatience: Young people may have high expectations for rapid success and instant gratification. They may become easily frustrated when their progress is slower than anticipated or when they encounter setbacks.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
