The applicants may approach the nearby Integrated Family Service Centers/Integrated Services Centers (ISCs), District Elderly Community Centers, Neighborhood Elderly Centers, Social Centers for the Elderly, and the medical social services units of the hospitals or clinics. Social workers will refer him/her to the Standardized Care Need Assessment Management Office after the initial assessment.
