Conduct usability testing with persons with disabilities to identify any barriers or challenges they may encounter when accessing and using the e-services. Consider factors such as screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, alternative text for images, and color contrast.

Usage and adoption: Evaluate the usage and adoption of e-services by persons with disabilities. Gather data on the number of individuals who have registered, accessed, and actively utilized the e-services. Analyze usage patterns, frequency of use, and the types of services utilized. Compare the usage and adoption rates among persons with disabilities to the general population to identify any disparities or barriers to access.
