Caregivers who are taking care of family members with dementia may experience various negative thoughts and emotions due to the challenges and stress associated with the condition. Some common negative thoughts that caregivers may encounter include:
1. Guilt: Caregivers may feel guilty about not being able to do enough, feeling frustrated or exhausted, or experiencing negative emotions towards their loved one with dementia.
2. Frustration and Helplessness: Caregivers may feel frustrated when faced with the challenges of communicating with their loved one, managing behavioral changes, or dealing with memory loss.
3. Anxiety and uncertainty: Caregivers may experience anxiety about the future and uncertainty about how dementia will progress. They may worry about their loved one's safety, and well-being, or the financial and logistical challenges associated with caregiving.
4. Isolation and loneliness: Caregiving responsibilities can be isolating, and caregivers may feel lonely as they dedicate a significant amount of time and energy to their loved one's care.
5. Self-neglect: Caregivers may neglect their own needs and well-being, putting their physical and mental health at risk. They may prioritize their loved one's care at the expense of their self-care, leading to feelings of exhaustion, burnout, and neglecting their personal goals and interests.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
