蔡東洲先生

"MEL課程非常具有系統性，讓我學到了許多有用的方法來評估服務的有效性，使我們能夠向資助者提供強而有力的和具說服力的的證據。"

蔡先生是扶康會的高級物理治療師。他對了解和提高其機構物理治療服務的有效性有著濃厚的興趣，於是參加了MEL課程，以學習更多關於有系統的項目評估方法。

周惠萍女士

"MEL課程為我們提供了一個非常有用的相互學習平台，這讓我有機會認識來自不同機構和背景的人士，藉以拓展人際網絡。"

周女士是香港康復會的總監（持續照顧、國際及中國項目）。她的組織計劃很快推出一個大型的新項目，因此她希望了解更多關於如何有系統地計劃、檢視、實施和評估一個項目。

何英杰先生

"在社會服務評估比賽的團隊中，我們四個隊員分別來自不同的機構和專業背景，加強了團隊間的協同效應，這正是我們團隊的其中一個優勢所在。"

何先生現時所屬的機構正推行一個新服務，是專門為本港的非牟利機構提供提升領袖技巧的培訓課程，包括高級行政人員管理教育和社會創新課程等。作為新服務的經理，何先生期望學習到如何有效評估新服務的成效，以提升課程質素。

梁佩雯女士

"這個培訓計劃能讓我學習到一些先進的項目管理溝通工具，如：AirTable。"

梁女士是一間培訓中心的經理，其中心專門教授不同的職業技能予學員，以提升他們的就業能力。她的中心現正考慮擴展其服務範疇，並期望用新的方法有系統地檢討現有的服務水平。
