Any suggested paper for NGO communication strategies?

Can anyone recommend some paper on NGO communication strategies? We are a start-up NGO and would like to study some media and communication skills (digital storytelling, social media, etc..). We found that only a small number of literature available in the non-profit field and the correlation degree is not strong. Can someone here recommend any scholars/papers/guidelines on this field? Thank you so much!
