Ask for suggestions: an e-platform programme

We are running an e-platform (basically online dialogue) for supporting young people who have experience of mental health problems, but we find it difficult to let them focus on the online dialogue and conversation usually end shortly (average 2 mins). For privacy issues, we dont allow our staff to reconnect with them unless they came to us directly. May i ask for some suggestions here? Thank you!!

There can be many ways of measurement for evaluative purpose. They include simple attendance checking and observations conducted by staff and other people. Meanwhile, willingness to complete a self-report survey is itself an indicator for evaluation.
