You may need to find more statistics to support your hypothesis about the increasing number of victims of domestic violence, because people may apply services from other programs. In fact, there are other programs or organizations providing the very similar service for families in Hong Kong, such as the Multi-purpose Crisis Intervention and Support Centre, the Refuge Centre for Women, the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals CEASE Crisis Centre, the Suicide Crisis Intervention Centre and the Victim Support Program operated by Tsui Lam Centre all provide support for victims of domestic violence.
