Priority may be accorded to social enterprises featuring the strengths of the socially disadvantaged, the significant social impacts, the cross-sector partnership, the district-based approach, added values in enhancing the well-being of the socially disadvantaged, or encouraging social inclusion in addition to the provision of jobs, etc.
