For example, are professionals like judges or psychiatrists the target group of monitoring on the services provided by the Post-Release Supervision Board?

The target group of program monitoring is the social service administrator, as monitoring provides feedback to warn a social service administrator when the implementation of a program begins to deviate from its design. So, if the services are managed by the Post-Release Supervision Board, you may say that they are the target group of monitoring.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
