The organizations should ensure that the entire assessment procedure, content and tools comply with international standards. They can conduct scientific research and apply it to clinical practice. Specifically, assessment tools should be localized and data should be collected and used to build local norms. Besides, organizations can collaborate with local universities on research and development of assessment tools designed for local children.
