Seek for advice on Programme evaluation

Hi! We work for the ethical minority group in Hong Kong. The ultimate goal of our organisation is to make changes to public policies, such as to the education system or medical service. We spent much time working with community to identify common needs among them, as well as sharing information to decisionmakers so that they are better able to participate in formulating solutions. However, we found it really difficult to visualise what we have done as there are not always involve numbers. May we ask for your valuable advice on this matter? Thanks!

You can consider collecting quantitative data and presenting your results in a quantitative way through statistical analysis, to provide empirical evidence for the effectiveness of your services.

May I suggest using bar charts, emojis, or other visuals to represent the effectiveness of the program and its components? To be interpretable, all numbers can range from 0 to 100 and be convertible to graphics or visuals.

The issue of youth unemployment is currently a pressing matter, particularly in times of economic hardship. Recent news reports have highlighted that approximately 400 recent graduates have found employment in the Great Bay Area. Could this be considered a sampling strategy if data were to be gathered from all of them?

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
