Two types of organisations for NGO in Hong Kong? I would like to set up a charity here and would like to know more about the registration.

Actually. I’m not an expert in this area. But I’m sure that there are mainly two types of organisations for NGO registration. I highly suggest contacting a local solicitor or lawyer for further details before acting.

Um. I think basically there are two options for registering an NGO in Hong Kong:

1. Register as a company

2. Register as a society

You can choose either one.
