“School counsellors” is a broad term. A counselor has different roles in different levels of education. An elementary counselor would focus more on social skills and academic testing. Junior high and high school counselors are more geared to post-high school planning and help students get into the school or career that is important to them.

I created a survey questionnaire to gauge community satisfaction, but I’ve noticed that a significant number of participants have selected “don’t know” as their response.
