I believe that the government has a major responsibility in building social services for the elderly. The social services for the elderly have a strong social and welfare nature. Therefore, I believe that the government has the responsibility to intervene in areas where the market may fail. In addition, the government also needs to actively promote the values of respect for the elderly.
