Does your project suffer from the restrictions imposed by particular interactions, such as communication issues when interacting with children and the elderly? A critical challenge is how to break the communication bottleneck. Today, Ms. Brenda Choi, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council and Mr. Thomas Ho King-cheung, Mr. Kurt Nan and Ms. Eva Hui Yuen-ting from Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association shared their experience in communication methods and explored the feasibility of programme evaluation in their programmes.
