Due to COVID-19 quarantine restrictions, conducting youth development activities in the same manner as before is no longer feasible. Our center has created a series of online educational activities for young people who struggle with low self-confidence. We evaluated their self-confidence levels before and after the activities, and although the scores decreased, how can we determine if this is a meaningful change?
