I think that there is no harm in online counselling, if the person requires general support like education, pre-employment, post-employment, general adjustment problems, stress etc. I feel that to overcome any emotional, social, behavioural problems, face-to face counselling is better than on line counselling. In some cases, combination of both may be beneficial for both the counsellor and client.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
