Yes. Most of the community support service units including DECC, NEC, D/Es and DCUs, IHCS, and EHCCS, provide simple counseling services and referral services for carers. You may also check on local institutions to get more detailed and clear information about the counseling service.

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
