My idea, the contradiction between service needs and supply may be one of the biggest challenges to community development in HK during the epidemic. As disadvantaged people may suffer from the economic downturn, intensified stress about health, and rising unemployment with the epidemic, the service provision in communities is also constrained for quarantine orders.
