Sure. Briefly speaking, Sutherland’s (1947) model stressed the role of social learning influences in the acquisition of criminal behavior, through exposure to antisocial role models with whom the individual associates, and a resultant formation of antisocial attitudes.

You might try reading the original book:
Sutherland, E. H. (1947). Principles of criminology (6th ed.). Philadelphia, PA: J. B. Lippincott.
