Hi there. When I tried to understand the underlying cause of crime, I found that many people would emphasize the role of parents even though we are not discussing juvenile crime. I am confused about it… Could anyone kindly help me with it?

A considerable body of research posits that offending is the result of a natural predisposition that has its roots in biology (associated with genetic, hormonal, or neurological factors). However, research has also shown that the impact of biological factors becomes less salient once environmental and social factors are taken into account. Some scholars would highlight the importance of parenting as being a crucial factor in the development of self-control. Lack of self-control is associated with a higher propensity towards offending behavior and a range of other negative life outcomes (in terms of education, employment, and relationships).

Integrated Employment Assistance Programme for Self-reliance (IEAPS) statistics are being read by me. And I discovered that between April 1, 2017, and March 31, 2020, 25% of service receivers had found job or had gone back to regular education for at least one month. Then, may I declare that it is a software output?
