Sure. Conducting research on people with disabilities is like, for example, to study their subjective well-being, which would help the scholars understand more about the mechanism that affects subjective well-being. However, when evaluating a program of subjective well-being of people with disabilities, scholars would focus on the interventions that help in the practical field.
