Guideline or case studies for SEN parents’ course

Hi! We are an NGO helping SEN students and currently looking for funding for an SEN parents’ course. We understand that the needs assessment plays an important role in securing the funding, can we know if there is a guideline or any case studies? Thank you so much!

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
