To evaluate a program focused on the relationship between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), perceived stress, and self-care behaviors, consider the following points:

ACEs assessment: Measure the prevalence and types of ACEs experienced by participants using validated tools such as the ACE questionnaire, to understand the extent of childhood trauma and its potential impact on perceived stress and self-care behaviors.

Perceived stress levels: Evaluate changes in participants' perceived stress levels before and after the program, using standardized stress assessment scales. Measure the program's effectiveness in reducing perceived stress associated with ACEs.

Self-care behaviors: Assess changes in participants' engagement in self-care behaviors, such as physical activity, healthy eating, sleep hygiene, and relaxation techniques. Measure the program's impact on promoting positive self-care practices.

Coping skills: Evaluate participants' acquisition and utilization of effective coping skills to manage stress related to ACEs. Measure improvements in coping mechanisms, emotional regulation, and resilience.

Program satisfaction: Gather feedback from participants regarding their satisfaction with the program, including perceived usefulness, relevance, and potential for personal growth. Assess participants' overall perception of the program's impact on their understanding of ACEs, stress management, and self-care.
