To evaluate whether a program achieved its goals and objectives, the following five points can be considered:

Define measurable indicators: Establish clear and specific indicators aligned with the program's goals and objectives. These indicators should be measurable and allow for the assessment of progress and outcomes.

Collect relevant data.: Gather data related to the established indicators using appropriate methods such as surveys, interviews, observations, or document analysis. Ensure the data collected is reliable and valid, capturing the information needed to assess program outcomes.

Analyze and interpret the data.: Analyze the collected data to determine the extent to which the program has achieved its goals and objectives. Compare the actual outcomes with the expected outcomes as defined in the program's logic model or theory of change. Interpret the findings to understand the program's effectiveness.

Consider contextual factors: Take into account contextual factors that may have influenced the program's outcomes. Consider external factors, such as social, economic, or political changes that may have affected the program's success or limitations.

Communicate findings and conclude: Present the evaluation findings clearly and concisely, highlighting the program's achievements or gaps about its goals and objectives. Draw conclusions based on the evidence gathered, providing actionable recommendations for program improvement or decision-making.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
