When evaluating a program focused on the relationship between annual welfare and employee's work performance, consider the following five points:

Define program objectives: Clearly define the objectives of the program evaluation, specifying the desired outcomes related to annual welfare and employee work performance. Determine the specific aspects of annual welfare (e.g., benefits, compensation, work-life balance initiatives) and work performance (e.g., productivity, job satisfaction, attendance) that you aim to measure.

Select appropriate measurement tools: Choose reliable and validated measurement tools to assess annual welfare and employee work performance. Consider utilizing established scales and questionnaires, such as employee satisfaction surveys, performance evaluations, or absenteeism records.

Collect quantitative data.: Administer the selected measurement tools to employees before and after the implementation of the annual welfare program to assess any changes in their perceptions of welfare and work performance. Analyze the data using statistical methods to determine if there are any correlations or associations between the two variables.

Collect qualitative data.: Incorporate qualitative methods to gain a deeper understanding of employees' experiences and perceptions related to annual welfare and work performance. Conduct interviews, focus groups, or open-ended survey questions to explore employees' reflections, challenges, and insights regarding the impact of annual welfare on their work performance.

Analyze and interpret data.: Analyze the quantitative and qualitative data collected to evaluate the program's impact on the relationship between annual welfare and employee work performance. Look for patterns, trends, or connections that emerge from the data.
