When measuring the effectiveness of a program aiming to investigate the relations with family, peers, school, early deviant behaviors, drug availability, and adolescents' socioeconomic status, consider the following five measurement indicators:

Family relations: Evaluate the quality of family relationships and dynamics by assessing aspects such as communication, support, conflict resolution, and parental involvement. This can be done through self-report measures or observational methods to gauge the level of cohesion, trust, and positive interactions within the family unit.

Peer relationships: Measure the nature of peer relationships by examining indicators such as peer acceptance, peer support, and peer influence. This can involve assessing the extent to which adolescents feel connected to their peers, the presence of positive peer role models, and the influence of peers on behaviors and attitudes related to deviance and substance use.

School engagement: Assess the level of engagement and involvement in school-related activities. This can include measuring indicators such as attendance rates, academic performance, participation in extracurricular activities, and attitudes toward school. Higher levels of school engagement are often associated with lower rates of deviant behaviors and substance use.

Early deviant behaviors: Explore the occurrence and frequency of early deviant behaviors, such as aggression, delinquency, and rule-breaking. This can be done through self-report measures or retrospective reports to capture a comprehensive understanding of the adolescents' engagement in deviant activities during their earlier years.

Socioeconomic status: Evaluate the socioeconomic status of adolescents and its potential influence on their behaviors and access to drugs. This can involve collecting data on indicators such as parental education level, household income, and neighborhood characteristics. Understanding the socioeconomic context can provide insights into the social determinants that may contribute to deviant behaviors and drug availability.
