To evaluate a program aiming to facilitate the deprived groups returning to the job market with employment support services, consider the following five points:

Employment outcomes: Measure the program's success in facilitating employment outcomes for the deprived groups. Evaluate indicators such as the number of participants who secured stable employment, the duration of their employment, and the wage levels achieved. Assess whether the program effectively supports participants in finding and retaining suitable employment.

Skill development: Assess the program's impact on participants' skill development and enhancement. Measure changes in participants' skill sets, such as job-specific skills, soft skills, or digital literacy. Evaluate the acquisition of new skills and the improvement of existing ones, as well as participants' ability to apply these skills in the job market.

Participant satisfaction: Gather feedback from program participants regarding their satisfaction with the employment support services provided. Conduct surveys or interviews to assess their perception of the program's effectiveness, the quality of support received, and their overall satisfaction with the program's outcomes. Positive participant satisfaction indicates the program's success in meeting their needs.

Employer engagement: Evaluate the program's engagement with employers and assess their satisfaction with the program's participants. Measure indicators such as the number of employers engaged, the rate of job placements, and feedback from employers regarding participants' performance and suitability for employment. Positive employer feedback indicates the program's effectiveness in matching participants with suitable job opportunities.

Long-term employment retention: Monitor the long-term employment retention rates of program participants. Assess the duration of participants' employment and whether they can sustain employment beyond the initial placement. Evaluate factors such as job stability, career advancement opportunities, and participants' ability to navigate challenges in the job market.
