When evaluating a program aiming to investigate the relationship between the duration of playing computer games and children's sleep quality, here are five indicators that can be used:
1. Sleep duration: Measure the total amount of time children spend sleeping during the night. This can be assessed through indicators such as the number of hours of uninterrupted sleep they get on average.
2. Sleep onset time: Assess the time it takes for children to fall asleep after going to bed. This can be measured through indicators such as the duration between getting into bed and falling asleep.
3. Sleep disruptions: Evaluate the occurrence of sleep disruptions during the night. This can be assessed through indicators such as the frequency of waking up during sleep, difficulty in falling back asleep or experiencing nightmares.
4. Sleep quality: Measure the overall quality of children's sleep. This can be evaluated through indicators such as subjective assessments of sleep satisfaction, feelings of restfulness upon waking up, and the absence of daytime sleepiness or fatigue.
5. Sleep patterns: Assess the consistency and regularity of children's sleep patterns. This can be measured through indicators such as adherence to a consistent sleep schedule, maintaining a regular bedtime routine, and avoiding irregular sleep patterns on weekends or holidays.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
