I think you should use a logic model, which is a road map that represents the relationships of the outputs, outcomes and impact of your programme. It can show the relationship between your program’s activities and its intended effects. You can check out this website’s video “Service development and monitoring” (https://jcmel.swk.cuhk.edu.hk/web-based-audio-visual-learning-materials). I found it very helpful if you are new to the programme evaluation!

Could you perhaps assist me in getting some information about the community service orders (CSO) program verified? According to what I’ve heard, a court may issue a CSO order requiring a person who has reached the age of 14 or older and has been found guilty of a crime carrying a sentence of imprisonment to perform unpaid work for a number of hours up to 240 hours per month while being supervised by a probation officer. Can I refer to those as CSO scheme activities?
