International Conference on “The Challenges of Outcome Evaluation in Human Services”
Prof. Steven Ngai and three of the winning teams have presented at the International Virtual Conference on “The Challenges of Outcome Evaluation in Human Services” co-organised by the Fondazione Emanuela Zancan, Associazione di Fondazioni e di Casse di Risparmio Spa (ACRI) and the International Association for Outcome-based Evaluation and Research on Family and Children’s Services (iaOBERfcs) on 1 & 2 December 2020. Over 200 participants from 10 countries and regions including Australia, Belgium, England, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and United States had come together to join this international event!
The Conference aims to share solutions and strategies with reference to different contents of socially relevant projects on outcome evaluation. Prof. Steven Ngai has given a presentation on “Lesson learned from the Jockey Club MEL Institute Project” to share the rationale and benefits of MEL framework and applications in NGOs’ services. The winning teams have also shared their MEL projects as listed below:
