Phyllis is the Director (Long Term Care, International and China Programmes) of the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation. Their organization will launch a large-scaled new project soon and therefore Phyllis would like to know more about how to plan, monitor, conduct, and evaluate a project systematically.
