Comparing groups

What should I do if I want to compare the means of 3 groups or above? I know T-test is only for two groups.

You could consider conduct the Analysis of variance (ANOVA)

Reference: Kim, H. Y. (2014). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) comparing means of more than two groups. Restorative dentistry & endodontics, 39(1), 74-77.

you may try ANOVA on SPSS which is used to determine whether there are any statistically significant differences between the means of three or more independent (unrelated) groups.

This is the F-test in analysis of variance for testing differences among three or more groups. Within the analysis, one can also choose to test the difference between each pair of groups.
