Needs Assessment: A need for a program is identified
Process Evaluation: Program monitoring / Quality assurance
Outcome Evaluation: •Does the program achieve the program goals?
•Does the program affect the target population’s problems as identified in the needs assessment?
Efficiency Evaluation • Is the program efficient in terms of cost?
