When I read the Review on the Implementation of the Integrated Family Service Centre Service Mode, I found its goal was to find out if the “child-centered, family-focused and community-based” direction is effectively practiced by IFSCs. Yes, it is a very “program evaluation” style. Therefore, I am very curious about its final conclusion, could anyone kindly help me understand whether the IFCS services achieved their goal?
