Andrews and Bonta (2003) term the strongest predictors of offending the Central Eight, which is often domains/areas included in prominent risk assessment tools and include the history of antisocial behavior (prior offending), anti-social attitudes/beliefs, antisocial peer associations, antisocial personality pattern (risk-taking, impulsivity, low self-control, hostile, callous), education and/or employment difficulties, family issues, and substance abuse. Arguably, seven of the eight are dynamic, while the history of antisocial behavior is static.

You may try reading the original book:
Andrews, D. A., & Bonta, J. A. (2003). The psychology of criminal conduct (3rd ed.). Anderson.
