To evaluate a program focused on the role of online and offline social capital among cyberbullying victims and non-victims, consider the following five key points:

Surveys and questionnaires: Administer surveys and questionnaires to both cyberbullying victims and non-victims to collect data on their online and offline social capital. Measure their social network size, the quality of relationships, levels of trust and support, and the extent of their social connections both online and offline. Compare the social capital indicators between the two groups to identify any significant differences.

Online behavior monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools or data collection methods to gather information about participants' online behavior, such as their frequency of online interactions, social media usage, and engagement with online communities. Analyze the types of online relationships participants engage in, the level of social support they receive, and their involvement in cyberbullying incidents. Compare the online behavior patterns between cyberbullying victims and non-victims to assess the role of social capital in their experiences.

Qualitative interviews and focus groups: Conduct qualitative interviews or focus groups with both cyberbullying victims and non-victims to gain in-depth insights into their experiences and perceptions of social capital. Explore their strategies for seeking social support, their perceptions of social connectedness, and their coping mechanisms in the face of cyberbullying incidents. Analyze the qualitative data to identify common themes and patterns related to online and offline social capital.

Comparative analysis: Conduct a comparative analysis of social capital indicators between cyberbullying victims and non-victims. Evaluate if there are significant differences in terms of social network size, levels of trust and support, perceived social connectedness, and access to resources both online and offline. Compare the results to identify potential protective factors or vulnerabilities associated with social capital among the two groups.

Program impact assessment: Assess the impact of the program on participants' social capital and their experiences of cyberbullying. Compare pre- and post-program data to determine if there have been any changes in participants' social network size, quality of relationships, levels of trust and support, and their ability to cope with cyberbullying incidents. Evaluate if the program has equipped participants with skills and resources to enhance their social capital and mitigate the negative effects of cyberbullying.
