I have been told that sometimes people need to compare the program under evaluation with other similar programs to get a better understanding. Since Old Age Living Allowance, Old Age Allowance, and Comprehensive Social Security Assistance all focus on older adults, I wonder if older adults can get access to these programs at the same time?

I’m afraid not. Elders cannot be in receipt of OAA under the Social Security Allowance Scheme or assistance under the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance Scheme if they want to apply for the Old Age Living Allowance.
