When evaluating a program aiming to investigate the relationship between parental style and children's academic performance, here are five indicators that can be used:
1. Parental involvement: Measure the level of parental involvement in the child's education. This can be assessed through indicators such as the frequency of communication with teachers, attendance at parent-teacher meetings, involvement in school activities, and support with homework or studying.
2. Parental expectations: Assess the expectations parents have for their child's academic performance. This can be measured through indicators such as parental aspirations for the child's educational attainment, the emphasis placed on academic success, and the level of support provided to help the child achieve academic goals.
3. Parenting style: Evaluate the parenting style employed by parents. This can be assessed through indicators such as authoritative parenting (characterized by warmth, high expectations, and clear boundaries), authoritarian parenting (characterized by strict rules and discipline), permissive parenting (characterized by leniency and low discipline), or neglectful parenting (characterized by lack of involvement and attention).
4. Communication and support: Assess the quality of communication and support between parents and children regarding academics. This can be measured through indicators such as open and effective communication, providing assistance and resources for studying, offering guidance and encouragement, and addressing any challenges or concerns related to school performance.
5. Emotional support: Evaluate the emotional support provided by parents to their children. This can be assessed through indicators such as creating a nurturing and supportive home environment, fostering a positive attitude towards learning, building self-confidence, and promoting a growth mindset that encourages effort and resilience in academic pursuits.

Hi, I realized that it seems the concept “outcome” is different from the term “output”. Taking the grandparent training project as an example, what is the “outcome’ referable?
