One thing I know about the GD scheme is that the constraints and limits for recipients are strict. May I ask how a recipient can prove his/her GD residential address if his/her name is not shown on water, electricity, and gas bills?

Rent receipt, any utility bills for his/her rented residential premises or letter issued by government departments showing his/her name can serve as residential address proof for his/her application for the GD Scheme.
