The program objectives are statements describing the results to be achieved and how they will be achieved. On the one hand, objectives are derived from the program goals; it “decodes” the “desired future status” into specific client outcomes and measurable indicators. It is interested in the magnitude of the changes in the outcome. Usually, social service programs propose objectives in knowledge, affects (feelings and awareness), and behavior.
